Search anything about starting a business in the UAE and you'll find the same thing: articles written by company-setup agencies, ranking well, quietly steering every question toward one answer — book a call with us. The prices are vague, the deadlines are old, and the "comparison" always wins for whoever wrote it.

UAE Founder Guide exists to be the other thing: guides with real numbers, deadlines checked against official sources and stamped with the date we checked them, and honest trade-offs — including the ones that make the cheap option the right option.

Who runs it

The site is run from the UAE by the team behind the UAE Founder Guide YouTube channel, operating under a UAE free zone company. Background: finance, an MBA, and the day-to-day reality of running UAE entities through the same registrations, filings and deadlines these guides cover. We write about the corporate tax return because we file one too.

What we are not

We are not licensed tax agents, lawyers or financial advisors, and nothing here is advice for your specific situation. Where a decision has real consequences — qualifying-income analysis, structuring, anything the FTA will one day ask about — the guides say so and point you to a registered professional. That line is a feature, not a limitation: it's what keeps the writing honest.

Corrections

UAE rules move quickly. Every guide carries a "verified on" date; when a rule changes, we update the guide and note the change. Spotted something outdated or wrong? Tell us and we'll fix it — that beats any thank-you we could ask for.
