This Privacy Policy explains how UAE Founder Guide ("we", "us", "our") — a website operated by Media Mosaic FZ LLC, a free zone company registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates — handles information in connection with the website at uaefounderguide.ae (the "Site"). By using the Site or submitting our consultation form, you agree to the practices described here.
Who we are
UAE Founder Guide is an independent information website and YouTube channel for founders doing business in the UAE. We are not a law firm, tax agent, bank, brokerage, or licensed advisory firm. Where a request needs a licensed professional, we introduce you to one — see "Information we share" below.
Information we collect
We collect two kinds of information:
- Information you give us directly. When you complete our consultation form or email us, we collect the details you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and a description of your UAE business, tax, banking, visa, or property requirement.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools may record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, referring page, and pages visited. This is used to keep the Site secure and understand how it is used, not to identify you personally.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and understand your requirement.
- To introduce you to a suitable licensed specialist who can assist you, where you have asked us to.
- To improve the Site's content and performance.
- To comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
Information we share
The core purpose of our consultation form is introductions. When you submit it, you are asking us to pass your details to a licensed third-party specialist (for example a registered tax agent, company-setup consultant, accountant, or mortgage advisor) so they can contact you directly about your requirement. We share only the details you provided in the form, and only with a specialist relevant to what you asked for.
We may receive an introduction fee from a specialist if you go on to engage their services. This costs you nothing extra and does not change what we publish on the Site.
Beyond that, we do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us run the Site (such as our hosting and form providers), or where required by law.
Third-party services we use
Our consultation form is provided by Google Forms, and form responses are stored in Google's services — Google's own privacy terms apply to that processing. Our YouTube channel is hosted by Google/YouTube. Our website is hosted in the UAE. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
Cookies and analytics
The Site itself sets minimal or no cookies. If we add analytics (for example to count visits), those tools may set cookies or use similar technologies; you can control cookies through your browser settings. Embedded or linked third-party services (Google Forms, YouTube) may set their own cookies once you interact with them.
How long we keep information
We keep consultation and enquiry details only as long as needed to handle your request and make an appropriate introduction, and to keep basic records — after which we delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and similar rules, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us, or to stop sharing it with specialists. To make any such request, email info@uaefounderguide.ae and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The Site is intended for business founders and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
