These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website at uaefounderguide.ae (the "Site"), operated by Media Mosaic FZ LLC, a free zone company registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What the Site is — and isn't
The Site provides general information and guides for founders doing business in the UAE. It is not legal, tax, financial, accounting, or immigration advice, and no content on the Site creates a professional-client relationship. We are not a law firm, licensed tax agent, bank, or brokerage. Always confirm your own position with the relevant authority (for example the Federal Tax Authority) or a suitably licensed professional before acting.
Accuracy and deadlines
We take care to verify facts and mark each guide with the date its information was checked. However, UAE laws, fees, and deadlines change, and content may become out of date or contain errors. We make no warranty that any information is current, complete, or accurate, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it. The "verified on" date tells you when a guide was last checked — not that it remains correct today.
The consultation / introduction service
If you submit our consultation form, you are asking us to introduce you to a licensed third-party specialist. We do not provide the underlying professional service ourselves, and we are not responsible for the advice, conduct, pricing, or outcomes of any specialist we introduce. Any engagement you enter into is strictly between you and that specialist. We may receive an introduction fee if you engage them; this does not affect our content. You are responsible for satisfying yourself as to any specialist's suitability and licensing before engaging them.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party sites and services (for example our YouTube channel and our consultation form provider). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party services. Use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
Intellectual property
The content, design, logo, and brand of the Site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may read and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, or reproduce substantial portions of the Site without our permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, to scrape or harvest its content at scale, or to submit false information through our form.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, reliance on its content, or any introduction made through it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the relevant free zone and Emirate, and any dispute is subject to the appropriate courts or authorities of the UAE.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the current terms.
